dc.description	The objective of this work is to establish how much maneuvering space the Santos Government counted with in the management of its international policy during the 8 years of mandate (2010-2018), in connection with both the internal dynamics and the logics and movements that occurred in the international arena during that period. With hindsight, this work seeks to determine the distance between the initial agenda of the Government, their willingness to implement it, and their actual ability to do so, taking into consideration the specific environment and circumstances of the period.	en-US
dc.description	El objetivo de este trabajo es establecer cuáles fueron los márgenes de maniobra con los que contó el gobierno Santos en el manejo de su política internacional durante los 8 años de mandato (2010-2018), en relación, tanto con las dinámicas internas como con las lógicas y movimientos que se dieron en el escenario internacional durante ese período. Con el beneficio de la perspectiva que da el tiempo transcurrido, se busca determinar qué distancia se dio entre la agenda inicial del gobierno, su voluntad de implementarla, y la capacidad real para hacerlo, de acuerdo con el entorno específico y las circunstancias en las que le correspondió desempeñarse.	es-ES
