| Descripción : | La tesis es una investigación cualitativa con un enfoque hermenéutico y un componente histórico sobre la forma como se construye y se disputa la hegemonía del gobierno de Hugo Chávez a través de tres relatos de nación que coexisten durante su mandato: la versión de la historia presente en los discursos del militar- presidente, la narración de un grupo de historiadores profesionales adscritos al Centro Nacional de Historia (CNH), institución que creó el gobierno con el fin de resguardar y difundir la historia nacional, y el relato que circuló a través de los artículos de prensa y un libro del historiador arriba citado, crítico acérrimo del gobierno. El objeto de estudio se encuadra desde las teorías constructivistas del nacionalismo, la teoría del relato de Paul Ricoeur y la teoría de la hegemonía de Ernesto Laclau y Chantal Mouffe. El análisis se hace aplicando el método de análisis estructural de contenidos que proponiendo de esta manera una forma de operacionalizar la teoría del discurso político de Ernesto Laclau y M%ouffe, que es netamente filosófica. The thesis is a qualitative research with a hermeneutical approach and a historical component about how is built the hegemony of the Hugo Chavez´s government. The work analyses three national narratives: the version of history present in military president's speeches, the history of Venezuela written by a group of professional historians assigned to the national history Center (NHC), an institution created by the government in order to protect and disseminate national history, and the history that circulated through newspaper articles and a book written by the historian Elias Pino Iturrieta. The theoretical framework has three axes: constructivist theories of nationalism, Paul Ricoeur´s narrative theory and the hegemony´s theory of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe. The analysis is done by applying the method of structural analysis content thus proposing a way to operationalize the political discourse theory of Ernesto Laclau and Mouffe, which is purely philosophical. This allows to reveal the structures of central significance of the speech and to analyze how hegemony is built into the narratives. Doctor en Ciencias Sociales y Humanas Doctorado |
