| Descripción : | The National Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is one of the main safeguarding measures in Colombia. But who or what does this List “represent” and what are the consequences of this “representativity”? This paper intends to answer this question under the hypothesis that the List has a power of impact that affects directly the cultural expressions, the stakeholders of these manifestations and the visions of Nation we have. La lista representativa del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la nación es uno de los principales mecanismos de salvaguardia del patrimonio inmaterial en Colombia. ¿Pero a quién o qué "representa" esta lista y cuáles son las implicaciones de esta "representatividad"? Este artículo busca responder esta pregunta bajo la hipótesis de que la lista es un instrumento de poder que tiene influencia directamente sobre las manifestaciones culturales que están inscritas en ella; sobre las comunidades que detentan estas manifestaciones y sobre las visiones que tenemos de la Nación. |
