Descripción :	Con el propósito de documentar parte de las memorias concernientes a las temáticas abordadas en Ulibro 2013 y, asimismo, las cuestiones que orientaron la discusión acerca de dichas temáticas y sus respectivas conclusiones; este texto, expone mediante dos apartados los aportes compartidos por la escritora colombiana y promotora de literatura para niños, Irene Vasco. De estos dos apartados, el primero se ocupa de una reseña que presenta las ideas principales de las propuestas aportadas por la citada escritora y, de igual forma, son expuestas allí las argumentación es correspondientes por ella desarrolladas. Por otra parte, el segundo apartado presenta un comentario complementario a la reseña; comentario que consiste en un análisis cuyo objeto es el de ampliar algunos de los aspectos tratados por Irene Vasco; entre ellos, la relación de atribución de sentido que existe entre “fantasía” y literatura, el rol de la institución educativa y el hogar como gestores de escenarios para la promoción de la lectura y la importancia de la literatura para niños en la vida psíquica de los mismos In order to document part of the reports concerning the issues addressed in Ulibro 2013 and, likewise, the issues that guided the discussion about said issues and their respective conclusions; This text presents through two sections the contributions shared by the Colombian writer and promoter of children's literature, Irene Vasco. Of these two sections, the first deals with a review that presents the main ideas of the proposals provided by the aforementioned writer and, in the same way, the corresponding arguments developed by her are exposed there. On the other hand, the second section presents a complementary comment to the review; comment that consists of an analysis whose purpose is to expand on some of the aspects treated by Irene Vasco; Among them, the relationship of attribution of meaning that exists between "fantasy" and literature, the role of the educational institution and the home as managers of scenarios for the promotion of reading and the importance of literature for children in the psychic life of the same.
