El análisis y estudio sobre los estilos de aprendizaje y enseñanza han sido históricamente temas tratados una y otra vez en la investigación educativa general y se han constituido como eje principal del nuevo paradigma educativo. Sin embargo, en la educación técnica, son escasos los estudios de esta naturaleza que permitan mejorar y reajustar los procesos que en ellas se desarrollan. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de la investigación es el identificar, describir, analizar los Estilos de Enseñanza (EE) y Estilos de Aprendizaje (EA) que subyacen en las escuelas técnicas y proponer diferentes estrategias pedagógicas que promuevan aquellos estilos más representados y potenciar los menos predominantes.The analysis and study of teaching and learning styles have historically been recurrent topics in general educational research and have become the central axis of the new educational paradigm. However, there are few studies of this nature in technical education that allow for the improvement and adjustment of the processes that take place in them. Therefore, the objective of the research is to identify, describe, and analyze Teaching Styles (TS) and Learning Styles (LS) that underlie technical schools and propose different pedagogical strategies that promote the most represented styles and enhance the less predominant ones.A análise e o estudo dos estilos de ensino e aprendizado têm sido temas recorrentes na pesquisa educacional em geral e se tornaram o eixo central do novo paradigma educacional. No entanto, há poucos estudos desse tipo na educação técnica que permitam a melhoria e o ajuste dos processos que nelas ocorrem. Portanto, o objetivo da pesquisa é identificar, descrever e analisar os Estilos de Ensino (EE) e Estilos de Aprendizado (EA) que subjazem às escolas técnicas e propor diferentes estratégias pedagógicas que promovam os estilos mais representados e aprimorem os menos predominantes.
