| Resumen : | In this section the theological discussion proceeds on two levels. In the first place, there is a methodical discussion regarding some of the themes of theology as it is presently being done in Latin America. In the second place, there is a methodological discussion regarding contemporary theological development in Latin America to show that it applies not only to our sociocultural continent, but to all “peripheral” cultures; that is, it applies to world theology, the theology beyond the limited horizon of the Europeans.
