Descripción :	The objective of this article is to understand the relationship between the international construction of the anti-corruption judicial dispositive and the stability of democratic regimes in the Americas. Based on a combined analysis of the dispositive's genealogy and the topology of the strategic relationships that are established around it in different configurations, the work seeks to investigate the hypothesis that the change in the relationship between fighting corruption and democracy is associated with the change in neoliberal rationality. since the 1990s and its different historical and local settings. O objetivo deste artigo é compreender a relação entre a construção internacional do dispositivo judicial anticorrupção e a estabilidade de regimes democráticos nas Américas. Com base em uma análise combinada de genealogia do dispositivo e topologia das relações estratégicas que se estabelecem em torno dele em diferentes configurações, o trabalho busca investigar a hipótese de que a mudança das relações entre combate à corrupção e democracia está associada à mudança da racionalidade neoliberal desde os anos 1990 e suas diferentes configurações históricas e locais.
