| dc.description | Procuramos chamar a atenção neste texto para a reconfiguração do ator coletivo que vem prevalecendo no contexto das recentes mudanças nas relações entre estado e sociedade civil. Destacamos os desafios que a nova situação tem colocado para as concepções oriundas das lutas pela redemocratização relativas à participação social, à responsabilização do estado e à relação entre governo, organizações não-estatais e práticas de mercado. Há um espaço híbrido da cidadania e da participação que emerge neste processo, com destino ainda incerto. Há atores crescentemente plurais, tanto no sentido de que atuam articuladamente com outros (nem sempre companheiros de longas datas, nem por muito tempo), como no sentido de que cada ator se reconhece cada vez mais heterogêneo internamente, poroso às influências externas. Uma característica marcante deste contexto é o impacto do múltiplo pertencimento sobre as identidades dos autores envolvidos, salientando o caráter não-totalizante, passível de constantes mutações e articulado da ação coletiva daí emergente. We seek to explore here the refashioning of the collective actor that has come about by virtue of the new changes to the relationship between the state and civil society. We highlight the challenges the new situation evinces for the conceptions of the struggle developed during the process of re-democratization regarding participation, state accountability and the links between he government, non-governmental organizations and the market. Increasingly, a hybrid space of citizenship emerges whose outcomes are still far from clear. Social actors become more and more plural, both in the sense that they operate in articulation with others (who have not always been long-standing companions, and often do not remain like that for very long), and in the sense that each actor acknowledges to be ever more heterogeneous with themselves, permeable to external influences. A remarkable feature of this context is the impact of multiple belonging on the identities of the actors involved, expressing the non-totalizing, liable to frequent mutations and articulated character of the resulting forms of collective action. | pt-BR |
