Descripción :	This paper follows a track proposed but not developed by Michel Foucault. This, in the lectures on the Abnormal, linked the character of the criminal religious with the figure of the "political monster", but focused on the type of tyrant. In our work, following this suggestion not continued, the genealogy of the ecclesiastical man abusing minors is explored. On the one hand, the profile of the "pederast priest" is traced as a biological enemy of the nation and of the class, in the context of the Spanish culture at the end of the colonial Empire, in the transition from the 19th to the 20th century. On the other hand, this form of subjectivity is contrasted with that of the “pedophile clergyman” as it currently appears in the testimonies of the victims, in the media and in the social sciences. The intention is to show the belonging of both classes of person to very different biopolitical scenarios, despite the continuity of the teratological motive. Este artículo sigue una pista propuesta pero no desarrollada por Michel Foucault, quien en su curso Los anormales vinculaba el personaje del religioso criminal con la figura del “monstruo político”, pero se centraba en el tipo del tirano. En nuestro trabajo, siguiendo esa sugerencia no proseguida, se explora la genealogía del clérigo abusador de menores. Por una parte se traza el perfil del “cura pederasta” como enemigo biológico de la nación y de la clase, en el contexto de la cultura española del final del Imperio colonial, en el tránsito del siglo XIX al XX. Por otro lado se contrasta esa forma de subjetividad con la del “sacerdote pedófilo” tal como aparece actualmente en los testimonios de las víctimas, en los medios de comunicación y en las ciencias sociales. La intención es mostrar la pertenencia de ambas clases de persona a escenarios biopolíticos muy diferentes, a pesar de la continuidad del motivo teratológico.
