Descripción :	El kibbutz, modelo de asentamiento agrícola e industrial israelí, brinda reflexiones sobre las dinámicas voluntarias, sus alcances y limitaciones, puesto que, desde su creación hasta la actualidad, ambas categorías: voluntariado y Kibbutz, han mantenido relaciones de reciprocidad para el sostenimiento de su sistema. A partir de un estudio etnográfico y la consulta de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas sobre la estructura y funcionamiento del kibbutz, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las relaciones entre los y las voluntarias que participan en el kibbutz Geva, las dinámicas que sostienen su funcionamiento, y los aportes que los resultados de esta investigación pueden aportar al contexto del voluntariado en Colombia, rodeado de diferentes estrategias y motivaciones. A su vez, este trabajo indaga en la idea de que algunos grupos sociales israelíes, constructores del modelo Kibbutz, pueden servir como referencia para los voluntariados en Colombia que trabajan en la reconstrucción y apropiación de la memoria histórica. The Kibbutz, a model of israeli agricultural and industrial settlement system, offers reflections about volunteering dynamics, its scope and limitations, due to the fact that since from its creation to the present, both categories: volunteering and Kibbutz, have maintened reciprocal relationships for the sustainability of the system. Based on an ethnographic study and the research of different bibliographical sources on the structure and operation of Kibbutz, the objective of this paper is to analize the relationships between volunteers who participate in Geva Kibbutz, the dynamics that sustain its sustainability, and the contributions that the results of this investigation can bring to the context of volunteering in Colombia, surrounded by different strategies and motivations. At the same time, this paper explores the idea that some israelies social groups, builders of the Kibbutz model, can serve as a reference for Colombia volunteerings that work in the reconstruction and aprropiation of the historical memory.
