| Descripción : | En este trabajo se hace un análisis crítico literario y la historiografía de tres libros que abordan la Toma del Palacio de Justicia. Se establece un contraste entre el discurso ficcional de la novela "Mañana no te presentes" de Marta Orrantia, el discurso testimonial de la novela-testimonio "Noches de humo" de Olga Behar y el discurso periodístico de la crónica "Holocausto en el silencio: Veinte años en busca de la verdad" de Adriana Echeverry y Ana María Hanssen, sobre los hechos ocurridos el 6 y 7 de noviembre de 1985 durante la Toma y contra - toma del Palacio de Justicia en Bogotá. Para ello se identifica la estructura narrativa de los documentos propuestos y se describen las similitudes y divergencias entre estos discursos, atendiendo a sus intereses al lugar de enunciación y al posible impacto sobre el imaginario colectivo. Paralelamente se estudia y problematiza la noción de "verdad histórica" y se identifican los aportes a la misma que hacen las narrativas propuestas. In this work, a critical literary analysis and historiography of three books addressing the Palace of Justice siege is made. A contrast is established between the fictional discourse of the novel "Mañana no te presentes" by Marta Orrantia; the testimonial discourse of the novel-testimony "Noches de humo" by Olga Behar; and the journalistic discourse of the chronicle "Holocausto en el silencio: Veinte años en busca de la verdad" by Adriana Echeverry and Ana María Hanssen, concerning the events that took place on November 6th and 7th of 1985 during the Siege of the Palace of Justice in Bogotá. Within this work, the narrative structure of the proposed documents is identified along with a description of the similarities and divergences between these discourses, taking into account their interests, the place of enunciation and the possible impact on the collective imagination. At the same time, the notion of "historical truth" is studied (and problematized) following an identification of the contributions to it made by the proposed narratives.
