Descripción :	La presente investigación explora el conflicto territorial en primera instancia promovido por acciones estructurales a un nivel nacional y como esto da espacio a conflictos socio ambientales en una escala local mediante las dinámicas de ocupación y uso del territorio entre colonos e indígenas de la etnia Jiw guayabero, resguardo el Barrancón de San José de Guaviare, que se han asentado allí en los últimos 20 años. El presente documento se divide en tres grandes partes, en la primera (numerales 1 al 7) quiere colocar al lector en un contexto sobre qué problema se quiere analizar en esta investigación, por qué se justifica, qué objetivos se persiguen, quienes y que han escrito al respecto del tema diversos autores, bajo que mirada conceptual se está abordando esta investigación y finalmente, y no menos importante, que método se utiliza. En la parte segunda (numeral 8) se presentan los resultados de la investigación buscando responder al pregunta ¿que causo el conflicto tanto territorial como socio ambiental entre estos grupos sociales desde una mirada nacional y local?. El primer resultado es la caracterización de los actores involucrados socio económica y culturalmente. El segundo resultado es la identificación de las causas del conflicto con base en información suministrada por los actores. El tercer resultado es como se dieron los impactos y beneficios del conflicto para unos y otros en el territorio, y finalmente se plantean unas alternativas de solución al conflicto basado en información recolectada de los actores y la posición del investigado. Lo anterior con base en las entrevistas aplicadas a grupos focales y la teoría expuesta por Gudynas, Martinez-Alier, Sabatini, y Alimonda, para hacer una adecuada aproximación a sugerencias que ayuden a la resolución del conflicto, o sean una vía de avance para este fin. Para el desarrollo del análisis, a partir de las teorías consensualistas y las conflictivistas, se explica el conflicto en términos académicos como forma de tener un primer acercamiento teórico al fenómeno. En la tercera y última parte (numeral 9) se encuentran las conclusiones del investigador y los portes del estudio realizado desde una mirada del desarrollo rural con cada objetivo específico The present investigation explores the territorial conflict in the first instance promoted by structural actions at a national level and how this gives space to socio-environmental conflicts in a local scale through the dynamics of occupation and use of the territory between settlers and indigenous people of the Jiw guayabero ethnic group, "el Barrancón de San José de Guaviare", how have settled down there in the last 20 years. This document is divided into three big parts, in the first one (numerals 1 to 7) is wanted to put the reader in a context about what problem is wanted to analyze in this research, why it is justified, what objectives are pursued, who and who have written on the subject of various authors, under what conceptual look is this research being addressed and finally, and not least, what method is used. In the second part (number 8) the results of the research are presented seeking to answer the question: what caused the territorial and socio-environmental conflict between these social groups from a national and local perspective? The first result is the characterization of the actors involved socio-economically and culturally. The second result is the identification of the causes of the conflict based on information provided by the actors. The third result is how the impacts and benefits of the conflict for each other in the territory were given, and finally some alternatives are of answere to the conflict based on information collected from the actors and the position of the researched. This is based on the interviews applied to focus groups and the theory presented by Gudynas, Martinez-Alier, Sabatini, and Alimonda, to make an adequate approximation to suggestions that help the conflict resolution, or be a way forward for this end. For the development of the analysis, from the consensualist theories and the conflictivists, the conflict in academic terms is explained as a way of having a first theoretical approach to the phenomenon.
