Descripción :	El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar y caracterizar los arreglos institucionales a diferentes escalas que influyen en el manejo de los recursos de uso común (RUC) y dan luz a la definición de una OMEC en el arroyo Corozal (El Guamo, Chimichagua, Cesar, Colombia). Para ello, se reconoce la influencia de diversos intereses económicos, políticos, sociales y ambientales sobre el uso y manejo de los recursos naturales a nivel internacional, nacional y local. La problemática planteada se abordó realizando una revisión teórica y planteamientos metodológicos, que permitieron elaborar una serie de mecanismos para entender cuáles son las reglas formales e informales que estructuran las interacciones humanas sobre los RUC del corregimiento del Guamo y del arroyo Corozal. Para lograr estas aproximaciones, la presente investigación cuenta con tres capítulos a través de los cuales se desarrollan los resultados obtenidos. En el primer capítulo, se exponen los elementos que componen una arena de acción y las reglas como variables exógenas que influyen en las mismas. Posteriormente en el segundo capítulo, se hace un reconocimiento de los factores que median el cumplimiento de los arreglos institucionales. Por último, con el objetivo de fortalecer las estrategias para la definición de una OMEC, se realizó un análisis de cada uno de los criterios que estructuran esta figura de conservación. Finalmente, se discuten los principales resultados obtenidos con el marco analítico y artículos científicos que permitan conocer y desglosar a profundidad las diferentes posturas y factores que inciden sobre los arreglos institucionales. Fundación Natura Consejo comunitario Angela Olario Pérez The objective of this work is to analyze and characterize the institutional arrangements at different scales that influence the management of common use resources (RUC) and give light to the definition of an OMERC in the Corozal stream (El Guamo, Chimichagua, Cesar, Colombia). For this, the influence of various economic, political, social, and environmental interests on the use and management of natural resources at the international, national, and local levels is recognized. The problem raised was addressed by carrying out a theoretical review and methodological approaches that allowed the elaboration of a series of mechanisms to understand what are the formal and informal rules that structure human interactions on the RUC of the township of Guamo and Corozal stream. To achieve these approaches, this research has three chapters through which the results obtained are developed. In the first chapter, the elements that make up an action arena, and the rules are exposed as exogenous variables that influence them. Later, in the second chapter, an acknowledgment is made of the factors that mediate compliance with institutional arrangements. Finally, in order to strengthen the strategies for the definition of an OMEC, an analysis of each of the criteria that structure this conservation figure was carried out. Finally, the main results obtained with the analytical framework and scientific articles that allow knowing and breaking down in-depth the different positions and factors that affect the institutional arrangements that are discussed.
