Descripción :	Al inicio de la investigación, la Facultad de Ingenierías Físico-mecánicas de la UNAB realizaba el préstamo de los materiales en sus laboratorios de manera rudimentaria, a través de registros manuales. En base a los requerimientos funcionales se pudo diseñar un sistema de información vía web y móvil, incorporando la tecnología de lectura por código QR y código de barras, para el acompañamiento del proceso de préstamo de materiales del laboratorio de electrónica, inventario de materiales y estadísticas de uso. Siguiendo unas etapas, se logró implementar el Sistema de información al laboratorio designado como piloto, permitiendo agilizar los procesos. Facilitando al usuario final un sistema Web y móvil con una interfaz amigable y con diversas funcionalidades. INTRODUCCIÓN 14 1.
