dc.descriptionThe philosophical conceptions that underpin medical knowledge from antiquity to the present day include the axiological aspect as a primordial element, product of the social conditioning of Medicine, of the gnoseological specificity of medical activity and of the characteristics of medical practice, which is first and foremost a social relationship between the physician and the patient. In the study of the doctor ́s professional identity, the systematized axiological treatment will allow to place values in their proper place in the Medical Sciences, as the nucleus where the scientific is interrelated: synthesis and integration of knowledge, ethical issues: regulation of relations medico-patientcommunity and cultural-valuing: significance of medical activity for society. Given that this is a topic under discussion, this study proposes a series of elements that allow for a deeper understanding of the axiological interpretation of the issues addressed in view of the need to respond to the problems underlying this relationship, by its imprint on the development of medical professional identity.en-US
dc.descriptionLas concepciones filosóficas que fundamentan el conocimiento médico desde la antigüedad hasta nuestros días, incluyen el aspecto axiológico como elemento primordial, producto del condicionamiento social de la Medicina, de la especificidad gnoseológica de la actividad médica y de las características de la práctica médica, que es ante todo una relación social entre el médico y el paciente. En el estudio de la identidad profesional del médico, el tratamiento axiológico sistematizado permitirá colocar a los valores en el lugar que les corresponde en las Ciencias Médicas, como núcleo donde se interrelaciona lo científico: síntesis e integración del saber, lo ético: regulación de las relaciones médico-paciente- comunidad y lo cultural–valorativo: significación de la actividad médica para la sociedad. En tanto se trata de una temática en debate, este estudio propone plantear una serie de elementos que permitan profundizar en la interpretación axiológica de las cuestiones abordadas ante la necesidad de dar respuesta a los problemas que subyacen en esa relación, por su impronta en el desarrollo de la identidad profesional médica. es-ES
