| Descripción : | Poeta y periodista, fue Miembro de la Academia de Historia de Santander y de la Academia de Filosofía y Letras de Bogotá. De ella dijo Ramiro Lagos: “Su poesía, aunque insular en Colombia, comienza a abrirse paso dentro del amplio marco de la poesía testimonial hispano americana”. Su obra fue comentada por autores como Jorge Rojas o Aurelio Arturo, quienes fueron jurados del concurso que ella ganó en 1966. Poet and journalist, he was a member of the Academy of History of Santander and the Academy of Philosophy and Letters of Bogotá. Ramiro Lagos said of her: "Her poetry, although insular in Colombia, begins to make its way within the broad framework of Hispanic American testimonial poetry." Her work was commented on by authors such as Jorge Rojas or Aurelio Arturo, who were jurors of the contest that she won in 1966. |
