Las realidades de las mujeres lesbianas y bisexuales en Cuba cuentan con pocos estudios sociales que muestren sus necesidades, malestares e insatisfacciones en torno a temas asociados a la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva (SSR). Este grupo de mujeres suele ser estigmatizado por su orientación sexual, pues algunas aducen que, por su condición de mujer, se desestiman las preocupaciones que en ocasiones las aquejan. Objetivo. Caracterizar aspectos de la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva de un grupo de mujeres lesbianas y bisexuales que integran las redes sociales vinculadas al Centro Nacional de Educación Sexual. Metodología. Se les aplicó una encuesta estructurada con 35 preguntas cerradas, elaborada por las investigadoras para ese fin, contentiva de diversos temas, entre los que se encuentran las características sociodemográficas, condiciones de vida, prácticas sexuales y reproductivas, maltratos y violencia. Resultados. En general perciben sus condiciones de vida como buenas y no viven hacinadas. Conviven con sus hijos/as, progenitores y parejas, siendo responsables sobre todo de la manutención, educación y salud de los primeros, aunque se ocupan económicamente y de la salud de sus parejas y progenitores. Conclusiones. Las prácticas sexuales declaradas como fundamentales son el intercambio de besos y caricias. Por lo general no usan anticonceptivos regularmente. Algunas señalan tener dolor en las relaciones sexuales. Una tercera parte considera que en los servicios de salud no siempre se sienten cómodas, a veces no son escuchadas, no se les respetan sus ideas o no son atendidas con privacidad.Palabras claves: mujeres lesbianas, salud sexual reproductiva, sexualidad, malestares, servicios de salud sexual y reproductivaABSTRACTIntroduction. There are few social studies in Cuba that shown the realities of lesbian and bisexual on their needs, discomforts and dissatisfactions around issues associated with Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). This group of women is often stigmatized because of their sexual orientation, as some argue that, because of their status as women, the concerns that sometimes concerned them are dismissed. Objective. Characterize aspects of the Sexual and Reproductive Health of a group of lesbian and bisexual women who are part of the social networks linked to the National Center for Sexual Education. Methodology. A structured survey with 35 closed questions was applied to them, prepared by the researchers for this purpose, containing various topics, including sociodemographic characteristics, living conditions, sexual and reproductive practices, abuse and violence. Results. In general, they recognize their living conditions as good and they do not live in crowded conditions. They live with their children, parents and partners, being responsible mainly for the maintenance, education and health of the first ones, although they take care of the economic and health of their partners and parents. Conclusions. The sexual practices declared as fundamental are the exchange of kisses and cuddles. They generally do not use contraception regularly. Some of them report pain during sexual intercourse. One third considers that in health services they do not always feel comfortable, sometimes they are not listened to, their ideas are not respected or they are not treated with privacy.Key words: lesbian women, sexual and reproductive health, sexuality, discomforts, sexual and reproductive health services
