Descripción :	Ahora con el uso de la tecnología como un ente facilitador de la comunicación, el arte de hablar cara a cara parece ya no ser relevante para los jóvenes universitarios. La convergencia de lo digital ha ocupado el primer lugar y la palabra dicha, el gesto de la mano o la mirada están pasando a un segundo plano. Por tal motivo, la investigación Signos paralingüísticos, kinésicos y verbales en ambientes mediados y no mediados por el uso de la tecnología: comunicación interpersonal entre jóvenes universitarios en Bucaramanga, tuvo como objetivo general demostrar la mediación de las tic´s en la comunicación interpersonal de los jóvenes universitarios, por medio de la observación de ambientes cotidianos en la universidad autónoma de Bucaramanga y la universidad industrial de Santander. Para dar cumplimiento a dicho objetivo se usaron tres técnicas de recolección y análisis de información, entre ellas está el sondeo, observación de frecuencia tomando como guía la escala de Likert, y finalmente un análisis semiótico a partir de patrones kinésicos. Por otra parte, al aplicar la metodología se destacaron algunos resultados. Se concluyó según lo obtenido en el sondeo, que la mirada es el factor más importante para o universitarios a la cara de comunicarse cara a cara. Además, se observó que el uso del smartphone en la Universidad Industrial de Santander está ausente en un 81% del tiempo y en la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga un 47%. Finalmente, un elemento a resaltar es que, en la universidad pública, en los ambientes donde no hay mediación tecnológica, hay más uso de gestos, así como diversidad de estos. The convergence of the digital ones has occupied the first place and the word said, the gesture of the hand or the look are passing to a second plane. For this reason, the research igns paralinguistic, kinetic and verball in environments mediated and not measured by the use of technology: interpersonal communication between young universities in bucaramanga, has as a general objective to demonstrate the influence of ICT S in the interpersonal communication of young university students, through the observation of everyday environments at the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga and the Industrial University of Santander. Three techniques for collecting and analyzing information were used to achieve this objective, including survey, frequency observation using the Likert scale as a guide, and finally a semiotic analysis from kinetic patterns. On the other hand, some results were highlighted in applying the methodology. It was concluded as obtained in the poll, that the look is the most important factor for or university students to face in communicating face to face. In addition, it was noted that smartphone use at the Santander Industrial University is absent in 81% of the time and at the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga 47%. Finally, one element to highlight is that in the public university, in environments where there is no technological mediation, there is more use of gestures as well as diversity of these.
