Descripción :	El presente trabajo de grado, titulado “Los organizadores gráficos y la lúdica como medio para el fortalecimiento de los procesos de lectoescritura en el preescolar”, aborda como elementos innovadores el uso de organizadores gráficos y la lúdica como herramienta que permitieron fortalecer el aprestamiento de la lectoescritura, apuntando así al objetivo general de este trabajo; en cuanto a los objetivos específicos tenemos primero la caracterización de los niveles de aprestamiento de la lectoescritura en los que se encontraba la población objeto de estudio, que correspondió a dos grados de transición de una institución pública de la ciudad de Bucaramanga; con el fin de poder diseñar y aplicar la estrategia mencionada y de esta manera finalizar con la evaluación de su eficacia y reflexionar sobre ella. Este estudio es de corte cualitativo y se desarrolló por medio de la implementación de proyectos de aula, atendiendo a las cuatro fases de la investigación acción (planeación, acción, observación y reflexión). Por otro lado para dar sentido y orientación a la investigación, se elaboró un marco de referencia, en el que se hizo el estudio de los antecedentes relacionados con el tema objeto de estudio; se construyó el marco teórico, con los aportes acerca de la lectoescritura, la lúdica y los organizadores gráficos, de autores como Emilia Ferreiro, Ana Teberosky, y George Shaw; finalmente se realizó el análisis de la normativa que regula el tema mencionado. Para la realización de este informe nos apoyamos en el diario pedagógico instrumento que nos permitió, a través de la observación participante, identificar una serie de limitaciones como el poco tiempo de intervención realizado, y fortalezas como los avances en el proceso lectoescritura que han alcanzado los niños de transición y aportes muy importantes a la cualificación de la práctica pedagógica desde la implementación de la presente propuesta. CONLUSIONES 83 8.1 Recomendaciones 84 Bibliografía 86 Pregrado The present work of degree, entitled "The graphic organizers and the ludic one as means for the strengthening of the processes of literacy in the preschool", approaches like innovative elements the use of graphic organizers and the ludic like tool that allowed to strengthen the preparation of the Literacy, aiming at the general objective of this work; In terms of the specific objectives we first have the characterization of the levels of readiness of the literacy in which the population was studied, which corresponded to two degrees of transition of a public institution in the city of Bucaramanga; In order to be able to design and implement the aforementioned strategy and thus finish with the evaluation of its effectiveness and reflect on it. This study is qualitative and was developed through the implementation of classroom projects, attending to the four phases of action research (planning, action, observation and reflection). On the other hand, to give meaning and orientation to the research, a frame of reference was elaborated, in which the study of the antecedents related to the subject matter of study was made; The theoretical framework was created, with contributions on literacy, play and graphic organizers, by authors such as Emilia Ferreiro, Ana Teberosky, and George Shaw; Finally the analysis of the regulation that regulates the mentioned subject was realized. In order to carry out this report, we rely on the pedagogical journal that enabled us, through participant observation, to identify a series of limitations, such as the short intervention time, and strengths such as advances in the literacy process that have Children of transition and very important contributions to the qualification of the pedagogical practice since the implementation of the present proposal.
