Descripción :	Durante el proceso de investigación, se logró identificar que en la institución bajo estudio las actividades propuestas por las docentes muy pocas veces sugerían que se realizaran de manera colectiva; en espacios libres como el descanso los niños preferían el juego individual. Por otra parte en los grados transición y primero se evidenció que en las clases los niños no compartían sus pertenencias (borrador, sacapuntas colores etc.) a menos que la maestra lo indicara, por ello, se mostraban incómodos al tener que realizar esta acción. Lo descrito con anterioridad permitió concluir que las relaciones interpersonales no eran sólidas, para esto, se trazó como objetivo desarrollar competencias ciudadanas mediante estrategias pedagógicas basadas en la lúdica para el fortalecimiento de la convivencia en niños y niñas de 3 a 7 años del Colegio La Salle de Bucaramanga (Colombia). El presente trabajo es de tipo investigación-acción bajo un enfoque cualitativo, en el que se obtuvieron cuatro resultados satisfactorios; el primero, la caracterización del estado actual en cuanto al desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas; el segundo las estrategias lúdico-pedagógicas adaptadas a las necesidades de la población bajo estudio; el tercero, las actividades lúdico-pedagógicas más efectivas; el cuarto y último, la cartilla con las estrategias y actividades con mayor impacto positivo en el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas. Como conclusión se puede afirmar que en las actividades los niños al principio mostraban cierta preferencia por el trabajo individual lo que generaba rechazo al momento de proponer el trabajo en equipo, sin embargo a medida que los pequeños entendían la importancia de trabajar con ayuda de sus compañeros realizaban los ejercicios con mejor actitud y disposición, al final sus inclinación y gusto fue por el trabajo con sus pares. On the other hand, in the transition and first grades, it was evident that in the classes the children did not share their belongings (eraser, pencil sharpener, etc.) unless the teacher indicated it. For this reason, the objective was to develop citizen competencies through pedagogical strategies based on play to strengthen the coexistence of boys and girls from 3 to 6 years of age at La Salle School in Bucaramanga (Colombia). The present work is of the action-research type under a qualitative approach, in which four satisfactory results were obtained; the first, the characterization of the current state as regards the development of citizen competencies; the second, the ludic-pedagogical strategies adapted to the needs of the population under study; the third, the most effective ludic-pedagogical activities; the fourth and last, the booklet with the strategies and activities with the greatest positive impact on the development of citizen competencies. As a conclusion it can be affirmed that in the activities the children at the beginning showed a certain preference for the individual work which generated rejection at the moment of proposing the work in team, nevertheless as the children understood the importance of working with the help of their companions they carried out the exercises with better attitude and disposition, in the end their inclination and taste was for the work with their peers.
