Descripción :	El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar – ICBF, es una entidad que nace en el año 1968 con el propósito de “proteger, vigilar y garantizar, a niñas, niños y adolescentes, el libre ejercicio de sus derechos e integridad en torno al interés superior de los niños, cuyos derechos prevalecen sobre los de los demás, como lo estipula el Artículo 44 de la Constitución Política de Colombia”. Cuenta con 206 centros zonales en 33 regiones alrededor de todo el país. La sede del ICBF regional Santander se encuentra ubicada en Bucaramanga en la calle 1N No. 16D-86, y es donde se llevará a cabo la presente investigación. En sus instalaciones reciben niños y adolescentes entre los 0 y 17 años de edad. Estos últimos entran en la categoría denominada de “difícil adopción” debido a su edad avanzada. A raíz de esto nace una inquietud respecto a las estrategias comunicativas desarrolladas por el ICBF para orientar a estos jóvenes, próximos a abandonar la institución, en temas referentes con la inserción en la sociedad después de haber cumplido el ciclo en la institución. It has 206 zonal centers in 33 regions around the country. The headquarters of the regional ICBF Santander is located in Bucaramanga at 1N street No. 16D-86, and it is where the present investigation will be carried out. In their facilities they receive children and adolescents between 0 and 17 years of age. The latter fall into the category called “difficult adoption” due to their advanced age. As a result of this, a concern arises regarding the communication strategies developed by the ICBF to guide these young people, who are about to leave the institution, on issues related to insertion into society after having completed the cycle in the institution.
