Descripción :	El presente artículo de reflexión no derivado de investigación, presenta la evolución del Instituto Negocio Jurídico desde la Edad Antigua, media, moderna y contemporánea. Abarcando desde su importancia, funciones, concepto, su estructura desde el punto de vista de la escuela Pandectistica alemana que la determina en hechos, actos, negocios y contratos jurídicos. Presenta conceptos del negocio jurídico expresados por varios juristas representativos de la historia y define los elementos esenciales, naturales y accidentales del negocio jurídico. Así mismo el artículo presenta un panorama del aspecto sociocultural, en esta parte se describen quienes son aptos para realizar negocios jurídicos en las distintas épocas de la historia y para finalizar se exponen los elementos económicos y tecnológicos que han acompañado este instituto. This article of reflection not derived from research, presents the evolution of the Legal Business Institute from the Ancient, Middle, Modern and Contemporary Ages. Covering from its importance, functions, concept, its structure from the point of view of the German Pandectistic school that determines it in facts, acts, business and legal contracts. It presents concepts of the legal business expressed by several representative lawyers in history and defines the essential, natural and accidental elements of the legal business. Likewise, the article presents an overview of the sociocultural aspect, in this part it is described who are suitable to carry out legal business at different times in history and finally the economic and technological elements that have accompanied this institute are exposed.
