Este proyecto, además de contribuir con el aprendizaje continuo de la institución, le permitirá contar con un modelo educativo que pueda ser referente para otras bibliotecas en el ámbito local, departamental y nacional. This project, in addition to contributing to the continuous learning of the institution, will allow it to have an educational model that can be a reference for other libraries at the local, departmental and national levels. Defining the educational needs and competencies in the management and dissemination of bibliographic and documentary heritage, the training proposal and the virtual classroom prototype are the relevant results of the work.
