| Descripción : | Este trabajo se llevó a cabo con la ayuda de una subvención del Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo, Ottawa, Canadá The main objective of this paper is to review existing data on mobile use and adoption by MSMEs available in the LAC region and elsewhere in the developing world, to summarize findings and to suggest research areas and strategies necessary for a better understanding on the importance of mobile telephony for increasing creation and competitiveness (and, consequently, social quality conditions) of LAC MSMEs, particularly those operating in the informal sector and at the bottom of the pyramid. |
