Descripción :	El presente proyecto de investigación, explora posibilidades de lograr una formación básica en Logística, desde el puesto de trabajo y mediante el empleo de las TIC, para el personal vinculado al sector real de la economía en el nororiente del país y cuya función principal en las organizaciones, sea la de desarrollar ventajas competitivas que les permitan, diferenciarse de sus competidores, fidelizar clientes, ampliar mercados y hacer sostenibles las empresas. Determinar necesidades de formación logística, del estado de ella en modalidad e-learning, la propuesta de formación, y el Proyecto Educativo Institucional Sistémico en Logística son los resultados relevantes del trabajo. Determining logistics training needs, its status in e-learning mode, the training proposal, and the Systemic Institutional Educational Project in Logistics are the relevant results of the work.
