| Descripción : | The documents that preserve the audiovisual archives of television they are important for the researchers and for the academic and educational sector in general, but it isn't habitual that the citizens could accede to them. The situation is analyzed in the matter in Spain, there sign the motives that prevent the access some of these archives, the absence of legal regulation and the possible solutions to achieve this accessibility. It is compared with the situation in some countries of our environment. Los documentos que conservan los archivos audiovisuales de televisión son importantes para el trabajo de los investigadores y para el sector académico y educativo en general, pero no es habitual que los ciudadanos puedan acceder a ellos. Se analiza la situación actual al respecto en España, se apuntan los motivos que impiden el acceso a algunos de estos archivos, la ausencia de normativa legal y las posibles vías para lograr esa accesibilidad. Se compara con la situación al respecto en algunos países de nuestro entorno. |
