Descripción :	El Régimen Jurídico Pensional de los Docentes Oficiales, constituye el conjunto de principios, teorías y normas sobre el cual se soporta la existencia del mismo mediante su constitucionalización por medio del artículo 48 de la Carta Política, el cual no puede ser desconocido por parte de los operadores jurídicos encargados de su reconocimiento, mediante interpretaciones contrarias a los postulados del Estado Social de Derecho. En este sentido, el reconocimiento pleno del derecho a la pensión de jubilación por parte de los docentes oficiales nacionalizados, solo es posible mediante la interpretación sistemática del Régimen Jurídico Pensional. In this regard, the full recognition the right to official nationalized teachers to retire is only possible through the systematic interpretation of its Legal retirement regime.
