dc.descriptionLa finalidad de esta investigación es identificar los fines perseguidos por el Estado Colombiano con la creación, desarrollo y reglamentación de las sociedades BIC en Colombia. Por consiguiente, es necesario realizar la clasificación de los antecedentes históricos de esta novedosa condición societaria en cuatro etapas, las cuales nos van a transportar desde su primera aparición formal y desarrollo internacional, hasta lo que es su entrada en vigencia en el país. Se realiza un recorrido por el marco legal de la Ley 1901 de 2018 y el Decreto 246 de 2019, ejecutando actividades con el uso de métodos de interpretación, con el objeto de determinar los fines perseguidos por el legislador colombiano. Seguido a esto, se encontrará con la realidad actual de esta nueva condición, su nivel de aceptación y algunas características para finalmente, descubrir los fines perseguidos los cuales presentaremos en forma explícita junto al fin constitucional que satisfacen.-

dc.descriptionThe purpose of this investigation is to identify the fines pursued by the Colombian State with the creation, development and regulation of BIC companies in Colombia. As regards, it is necessary to classify the historical antecedents of this new condition of society in four stages, which will transport us from its first formal appearance and international development, to what is its entry into force in the country. A tour of the legal framework of Law 1901 of 2018 and Decree 246 of 2019 is carried out, executing activities with the use of interpretation methods, in order to determine the fines pursued by the Colombian legislator. Following this, he meets the current reality of this new condition, its level of acceptance and some characteristics to finally discover the fines pursued which are presented explicitly together with the constitutional purpose they satisfy.-
