Descripción :	Para lograr determinar la responsabilidad de las Instituciones de Educación Superior se establecerá un análisis profundo de la normativa referente a la propiedad intelectual. Una investigación minuciosa desde las normas de carácter supranacional, nacional y municipal, permitirá esclarecer de qué manera se articulan las mismas para dar orden al tema de la propiedad intelectual en Colombia. El alcance del concepto de responsabilidad de las Instituciones de Educación Superior frente a los derechos de autor se desarrollará basado en un estudio desde perspectivas sociales, económicas, laborales, penales y morales. Englobar el concepto en diferentes esferas de acción permitirá establecer un argumento preciso de la responsabilidad en las instituciones. Se desarrollará un análisis de aplicación normativa que tiene como objetivo determinar la responsabilidad de las Instituciones de Educación Superior frente a los derechos de autor, el cual se hace fundamental en la implementación de políticas que les permitan desarrollar sus labores al margen de las violaciones a la propiedad intelectual 1. BIBLIOGRAFÍA 130 Pregrado In order to determine the responsibility of Higher Education Institutions, an in-depth analysis of the regulations regarding intellectual property will be established. A meticulous investigation from the supranational, national and municipal norms, will allow to clarify how they are articulated to give order to the subject of intellectual property in Colombia. The scope of the concept of responsibility of Higher Education Institutions in relation to copyright will be developed based on a study from social, economic, labor, criminal and moral perspectives. Encompassing the concept in different spheres of action will make it possible to establish a precise argument of responsibility in institutions. An analysis of normative application will be developed that aims to determine the responsibility of Higher Education Institutions against copyright, which is essential in the implementation of policies that allow them to develop their work regardless of violations of the law. intellectual property
