Descripción :	This document is part of a research work corresponding to the course of Contemporary Perspectives on Learning, of the Doctorate in Education program at the Universidad Bancaria de México, in Teoloyucan, State of Mexico. The objective is to bring the reader closer to the knowledge of the possible causes of the violent behaviors of the subjects beyond the individual, that is, the collective-group behavior, focusing on those tending to the dehumanization and depersonalization of others by considering them as their opponents or enemies, reaching the extreme not only of assaulting or violating them, but also of humiliating them and stripping them of their human dignity. The research is based on the analysis of a case, contrasting the facts with diverse theories that try to explain the collective-group human behavior. It concludes by pointing out the importance of the theories of human behavior, especially in the collective-group context. El presente documento forma parte de un trabajo de investigación correspondiente a la asignatura de Perspectivas Contemporáneas del Aprendizaje, del programa de Doctorado en Educación de la Universidad Bancaria de México, en Teoloyucan, Estado de México. El objetivo es acercar al lector al conocimiento de las posibles causas de los comportamientos violentos de los sujetos más allá de lo individual, es decir del comportamiento colectivo-grupal, enfocándose en aquellos tendientes a la deshumanización y despersonalización de los otros al considerarlos como sus contrincantes o enemigos llegando al extremo no sólo de agredirlos o violentarlos sino también de humillarlos y despojarlos de su dignidad humana. La investigación se basa en el análisis de un caso, contrastando los hechos con diversas teorías que tratan de explicar el comportamiento humano colectivo-grupal. Se concluye con el señalamiento de la importancia que tienen las teorías del comportamiento humano especialmente en lo colectivo-grupal.
