| dc.description | El presente trabajo profundiza en el estudio de las tradicionales fiestas que tienen de alguna u otra manera a la vid y al vino como protagonistas en Castilla-La Mancha, España. Desde un punto de vista geográfico es necesario fijar el escenario del que se habla; su ubicación en el hemisferio norte y sus características orográficas y climáticas hacen que este entorno se rija por un determinado calendario agrícola, y con él, de festividades en consonancia a la realización de las tareas propias del cultivo y cosecha de la vid. En segundo lugar, detallar los determinantes históricos: el hecho de ser una tierra visitada por distintas culturas y civilizaciones ha marcado, con sus diferentes improntas, determinadas características antropológicas en su forma general de afrontar la vida por parte de sus habitantes y, por ende, en la manera de celebrar cualquier situación propicia a la fiesta. Finalmente, la unión de estas perspectivas junto a los protagonistas —la vid y el vino—, todo enmarcado en un ambiente de fiesta, mostrará algunos ejemplos de cómo geografía, historia y vitivinicultura conforman una amalgama de realidades antropológicas que identifica un territorio, lo hace distinto y… amable. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article will study the traditional festivals that have, in one way or another, the vine and wine as protagonists in Castilla-La Mancha. From a geographical point of view, it is necessary to establish the scenario to which we are referring. Its position in the northern hemisphere and its orographic and climatic characteristics mean that the environment we are talking about is governed by a certain agricultural calendar, and with it, festivities in line with the performance of the tasks inherent in the cultivation and harvesting of the vine. And secondly, the historical determinants; the fact of being a land visited by different cultures and civilizations has marked, with its different imprints, certain anthropological characteristics, in its general way of facing life by its inhabitants, and therefore, in the way of celebrating any favourable situation for the celebration. Finally, the union of these perspectives together with the main protagonists of this work, the vine and the wine, all framed in a festive atmosphere, will show us some examples of how geography, history and viticulture make up an amalgam of anthropological realities that identify a territory, make it different and... friendly. | en-US |
