| dc.description | La cultura desempeña un papel importante para el desarrollo social debido a que ésta puede llegar a ser una manera para adquirir creencias, valores o normas, que modifiquen el actuar de la sociedad; por lo que está investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un análisis documental sobre la cultura organizacional desde el enfoque socioformativo como estrategia frente a los retos de la crisis climática para alcanzar el desarrollo social sostenible. Se siguió la metodología del análisis documental. Los principales resultados arrojaron una lenta y difícil articulación entre el aspecto económico, social y ambiental en las diferentes organizaciones a causa de la poca urgencia de los actores (gobierno, empresas, escuelas) por implementar estrategias sostenibles, esto debido a que se ha configurado una crisis climática. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Culture plays an important role for social development because it can become a way to acquire beliefs, values or norms that modify the actions of society; Therefore, this research aimed to carry out a documentary analysis of organizational culture from a socio-formative approach as a strategy to face the challenges of the climate crisis to achieve sustainable social development.
