dc.description | Human Capital as a concept, is the key element to understand the dynamics of investment and acquisition of skills in the workforce. Beyond their origins, in which the Human Capital theory considered the accumulation of knowledge and skills structured in the form of capital, the current trends are developing the phenomenon which runs through this capital over time, either at the individual level or at the level of economic phenomenon. This article seeks to generate a continuous view of the value of human capital, analyzing the determinants of his value, asking that the contextual effects that affect it. | en-US |
