| Descripción : | This article reviews the history of political and socio-economic marginalization of the ethnic group that inhabits the San Andrés and Providencia Archipelago, as well as the social and political vindications of ethnic groups in the scenario of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) in the alliance with the group Sons Of the Soil (SOS) of the indigenous constituent. To that end, joint statements between said group and the National Indigenous Organization of Colombia (Organización Nacional Indígena de Colombia-ONIC) are reviewed as well as the reports presented by the inter-ethnic constituent to the ANC. Lastly, the limitations of the poor constitutional recognition are pointed out, as well as their consequences for the ethic group. El presente artículo repasa la historia de marginación política y socioeconómica de la etnia raizal que habita el archipiélago de San Andrés y Providencia, así como las reivindicaciones sociales y políticas de la etnia en el escenario de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) en la alianza con el movimiento raizal Sons Of the Soil (SOS) en la constituyente indígena. Para esto se revisan las declaraciones conjuntas entre dicho movimiento y la Organización Nacional Indígena de Colombia (ONIC) y las ponencias presentadas por la constituyente interétnica en la ANC. Finalmente, se indican las limitaciones del deficiente reconocimiento constitucional y sus consecuencias para la etnia raizal. |
