| Descripción : | This article focuses on the period corresponding to the presidential government of Alfonso López Michelsen (1974-1978) in Colombia, and it studies the relationship between social actors and national government. The main question in this investigation’s: what is the influence of the representations generated through the discourses of the national government on different social actors when they adopted the form of their struggle? To attempt an answer, journalistic sources of the time, Lopez Michelsen’s speeches and secondary sources, elaborated in recent years, regarding socials actor in Colombia were reviewed. The text presents a description of the main moments of social struggle at the time and of some representations of such struggles generated through speeches by the government. It has concluded that the situation that generated the tension between the national government and the social actors was the impossibility to establish a dialog and the inability to achieve agreements, since each party sought a different objective. El presente artículo se enfoca en el período de tiempo correspondiente al gobierno presidencial de Alfonso López Michelsen (1974-1978), en Colombia, y estudia las relaciones entre actores sociales y gobierno nacional. La pregunta que sirve de guía a la investigación es ¿qué influencia tienen las representaciones generadas por los discursos del gobierno nacional en los diferentes actores sociales, al momento de adoptar sus formas de lucha? Para tratar de dar respuesta y argumentar la pregunta se revisaron fuentes periodísticas de la época, discursos presidenciales de López Michelsen y fuentes secundarias realizadas sobre actores sociales en Colombia durante los últimos años. El texto presenta una descripción de los principales momentos de lucha social producidos en la época y algunas representaciones generadas por el gobierno sobre éstos por medio de discursos. Se concluye que, la situación que generó tensión entre el gobierno nacional y los actoressociales, se encontró en la imposibilidad del diálogo y la incapacidad de lograr acuerdos comunes, debido a que cada uno de ellos buscaba alcanzar fines distintos. |
